After meeting Kelvin, we knew we’d found the perfect agent to help sell our home. With exceptional understanding of the local market, his guidance around pricing was proven with multiple offers at the top end of our range resulting in an excepted offer in 2 weeks. We would highly recommend Kelvin to anyone looking to sell with confidence.

We had several issues with our purchase but Melissa and the members of Kevin Hicks Real Estate were very helpful with our purchase and move and things fell into place at the last minute. We really appreciate your professionalism throughout the whole process.

We recently purchased a home marketed by Kelvin Maude and Chris Drum of Kevin Hicks Realestate. Their impacting advertisement accurately described the property, giving it great exposure which captured our attention. Ample opportunity was provide to inspect the property with the predicted price range proving accurate. Complementary skills demonstrated by Kelvin, Chris and Kevin resulted in strong competition for a premium asset. Vendors, Purchasers and Underbidders were well satisfied with both the strong result and the transparency of the auction process. A great result all around!

They were really good at communicating and negotiating when it came to the sale of our house to have a fair deal for everyone. Highly recommend them for their good communication.

Kerry has very good communication, knowledge of the market and is very professional and helpful.

Kerry and Peter were very easy to work with and provided good advice on local market. They took the time to check in with us and keep us informed. Assisting as much as possible considering we were 4 hours away. Highly recommended.
