We contacted Brady having noticed how thoughtfully he presented his other listings. We then chose him simply because we liked him. Ours was a rural lifestyle property with unique views and we wanted an agent who understood its appeal and would help us find the right buyer. Brady was easy to deal with and someone we trusted to represent our property well in person. At every stage he was honest, respectful, and forthcoming with his advice. We were delighted with the result and the selling experience, and we’d highly recommend him.

We had the pleasure of buying a home from Brady from the NGU Kimmorley Group in Ripley during my recent real estate transaction, and we couldn’t be more impressed with his level of professionalism and market knowledge. From the very beginning, Brady made our little family feel completely comfortable, taking the time to answer all our questions and guide us through the process. His communication was exceptional, clear, timely, and informative and he always made sure my wife and I felt confident every step of the way. What stood out to me most was how Brady was able to captivate our attention while being genuine and approachable. His deep understanding of the Ipswich real estate market was evident, and it truly made the experience seamless and stress-free. The whole team at the Kimmorley Group, including Daniel and Charles, were outstanding throughout the entire process. Their collective effort and commitment to delivering top-notch service made all the difference, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the area. Thank you, Brady, and the team for your dedication and expertise!
