Good agent with excellent local knowledge

We enaged Matt after discussing our property sale with three agents. Matt came across as more knowledgable about the local area and more genuine in his desire to get us the best price. The campaign he ran delivered great interest and on auction day, when we had to switch to a Zoom auction because of lockdown, engaged with all of the sellers online, keeping the bids flowing to get a result that greatly exceeded our expectations.
