Toby is truly outstanding the best agent you could possibly imagine. He negotiated the highest pre-auction price for us breaking the record per square meter in the building and thereby lifting all the units value. He also has exceptional interpersonal skills and integrity, you can trust that what he says is in your best interest giving you great advice without any pressure.
