Alle and Dave were knowledgeable, efficient and empathetic with the sale of our property. Being mums house, our family home for 54 years, a degree of sentimentality needed to be worked through, that UPSTATE helped us with. All things considered, with multiple conflicts in the middle creating a difficult period of time in the housing market, their professionalism enabled us to obtain an outcome that we were happy with.

Jeff did a phenomenal job selling our house in Allambie. He was always available to talk, explained the process thoroughly, project managed getting the trades when we moved interstate, and during the auction and negotiations we settled on a price that everyone was very happy with.
