Approachable and flexible towards us and getting access to the property. Very satisfied with the overall property transactions and would definitely use David in the future.

Jamie helped us buy a house, then marketed and sold an investment property. Dealing with 4 tenants , and getting buyers thru was handled really well. We gave him a set of keys and stayed out of the way. The reporting after each inspection was thorough , and every time we made a comment or suggestion he followed thru. We felt part of the sale ,and had input during the negotiations etc. Liaison with our conveyancing team, was important as we had difficulties with the purchasers “legals”.
