In an industry that can sometimes feel very sales-driven, Selene stood out as someone who genuinely cared about her clients and quietly got on with achieving great results. Throughout the campaign, communication was excellent. She kept us informed after inspections, answered my many questions with patience, and guided us through every stage of the process with honesty and professionalism. I never felt pressured or left wondering what was happening. What impressed me most was that Selene is a true quiet achiever. She isn't flashy or pushy; she's knowledgeable, hardworking and highly effective. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people through what is often a stressful and emotional process. Our townhouse was our first property and holds many special memories for our family, so selling it was bittersweet. Seeing it sold to buyers who were genuinely excited to make it their home felt like the perfect outcome, and Selene played a huge part in making that happen.
