Zac was a delight to work with for the sale of our property. His integrity, initiative, communication and absolute dedication to the project was exceptional. For a property that needed substantial work to prepare for sale, he efficiently and expertly handled the project - connecting us with local trades and services. The final presentation of the property far exceeded our expectations and the sales campaign was obviously very effective as we had numerous interested parties resulting in a final sale price that was at the top end of the range. I cannot recommend Zac and his team highly enough. He will be my first choice as an agent every time.

Zac made whole sale experience seamless. His knowledge of the area is second to none and his ability to connect you with trades as exceptional. This property has been trashed by renters and needed a lot of work just to get it to a point where it could be sold. Very happy with the result.

Zac was helpful and always returned my calls promptly. We sold at the level Bell’s predicted that we would We would have ideally liked a higher price however it seems their prediction of the market was accurate Thank you, Zac and Trevor for your help in once again selling our property This is the third property we bought sold in the Hills and we use Bells for all of them.
