Presentation and marketing of the property were first class. Towards the finalisation of the sale communications were poor and we felt we were the detrius at the end of the chain. Clearer explanation of the proceedings would have allayed much of the trauma we suffered. Thankfully all seems to have been completed to our satisfaction.

We first met Rob when he was selling a house that interested us at the time we put our property on the market in 2024. With nothing in writing from our buyer, and a deposit paid on our new home, we were forced to play the waiting game. Rob had assured us that the buyer was genuine though, and he was right! All the same, everyone was hugely relieved when a deposit was paid after two months of worry. In summary Rob Flynn is your agent with flair! He works hard to do the right thing for sellers and buyers alike and genuinely enjoys pleasing his clients with successful outcomes.
