For someone fussy & meticulous like myself, it's not often I engage services that exceed expectation, by miles. For me, Alexi and Paul have redefined what I would call masters of their craft when it comes to selling homes. Having spoken with Alexi a few times, I decided on gut-feel to give him complete freedom to run the campaign. He and his team surprised me time-and-time again of their passion, demonstrated in generous time and solid effort given to preparing our property for sale. During those preparatory works they were on-site, in person, working closely with tradies and getting their hands dirty, in suits! In terms of final outcome the property never saw auction, instead it sold beforehand with a result that left us stunned and I'm not easily impressed. You don't need to ask around or search far to see what accolades and what reviews have to say about the people at Refined. At first that can seem a little contrived, but wow, for us the experience married up beautifully with what others were saying. So we, happily add our story here in this review to let you know, these guys run an awesome show and we would do business with them again, in a heart-beat.

I was so fortunate to meet Shane just as I was starting to think of selling my unit. I was immediately impressed with his enthusiasm & friendly open demeanour. He is a great communicator & would keep in touch & would let me know what was happening on the market. I was very confident that he was the perfect person to sell my unit. So right from the start Shane arranged everything for me, explaining it all & making sure I understood the plan. I didn’t have to do a thing. The unit was styled & looked stunning & the open inspections were very successful. After each open Shane would ring me & give me a verbal run down of the groups that came through followed by an email with all the details. It was not unusual for Shane to be contacting me well into the evening still hard at work. He genuinely loves interacting with people & enjoys & loves what he does & it shows. By the time the sale ended Shane had met nearly all of the other owners in our Strata group, purely because he is a friendly person genuinely interested in other people. He was absolutely the right personality to be handling the sale of my property . He is a skilled negotiator & will get the absolute best price for your property with gentle but skilled negotiation. I would thoroughly recommend Shane - he made the sale of my property so easy, a breeze. I’m very happy to speak to anyone wanting further information, it would be a pleasure to recommend Shane.
