Kieran was extremely impressive with his prompt and honest communication and has a good knowledge of the current market, together with being hard working and keen to succeed. I found the process of working with Kieran on the listing and sale of my property very smooth and stress free.

I would rate Jay Mitter 3 out of 5 stars. The property was sold, but the final price was below my expectations and I did not feel strong negotiation was done on my behalf. I was also repeatedly asked to fix minor issues in the property, and even after addressing those, the overall outcome did not improve. Towards the end of the process, $2,000 was held in the trust account, which added to my concern that the focus was more on accommodating the buyer rather than representing my interests, despite paying full commission. Communication was acceptable, but overall I expected stronger advocacy and better support as a seller.
