There are honestly not enough characters in this review to speak highly enough of Alec and our experience of selling our house with him and his team at Woodards Manningham. My husband met Alec years before we sold our house and Alec was the only choice for him. I wasn’t so sure, I hadn’t met him yet. From the moment I did, Alec’s passion and expertise was clear to see. I immediately felt comfortable. Professional and also personable- what you see and feel but also what prospective buyers will too. I trusted his extensive knowledge of our area. He explained how everything would work every step of the way, we were never unsure what was happening, where things were at, what his movements were because he communicated so well with us. He got back to us immediately after every open house, spoke to us multiple times a week around that. Quickly returned any calls and messages we made. He was very honest about what we could expect, what our next moves were, what he believed we should do but always considered us and what was important to us. Suggestions only from him, never directives, never pushed into what he thought we should do, he listened to us and was guided by us, not the other way around- although that being said you can trust Alec to guide you. On auction day, and within the negotiation immediately after, is when Alec really shone and we could see there was never any doubt that we made the right choice choosing Alec. We were in great hands with Alec and his team. If you want to sell your house, increase your chances of doing that and achieve the selling price you want, you’ll choose Alec. Thank you a million times over Alec, you know what we think of you, you’re a superstar!

Alec followed up with potential buyers promptly after each inspections. He is knowledgeable of the local market and offered honest opinions. His communication is positive, enthusiastic, clear and supportive. I am pleased with the outcome.

From the first meeting, at my home, with Jo she was compassionate, informative, set realistic expectations and I immediately felt at ease. Jo supported me every step of the way. Always approachable and available to contact over every small query I had. Jo and Jas communicated with me throughout and worked well as a team. I would thoroughly recommend Jo to anyone selling their home.

We sold and purchased with Jo and her team. Jo was professional, curtious and most of all honest. Jo made the process feel seemsless both buying and selling. she was always contactable when we had questions and highly knowledgeable about the property market. I highly recommend her and her team. 5 stars is an undersell, 10 plus stars all the way. thanks Jo

Very helpful with our sale, highly recommended.

Given the Market fall, every effort was applied to gain the best result. The process all throughout was always explained with patience, backed with experience & local market knowledge. We appreciated Dennis approach to drawing in & dealing with interested buyers, negotiating results we couldnt hope to achieve. Nothing was too much trouble, Dennis was always available to answer questions, keep updated, sensitive to the personal affect of selling an original family home- deceased estate.. We cannot express enough our gratitude in words. Dennis was recommended to us by a respected Agent in our area, to which we are very grateful.
