We got into a bidding situation with an investor, Ricky negotiated on our behalf for the buyer to choose us, over the investor, and his company also missed out on managing the property so the property went to a family who wanted the home to live in, rather than someone who was just going to rent it out. What a gent! Definitely gets our recommendation!
