John was friendly, courteous & prompt with all communication that we had both during the initial inspection stage & through to purchase. He always kept us informed & updated. He had an excellent knowledge of the property was able to answer all questions easily. John liaised with the vendor & both parties solicitors which made the purchase of our new home a smooth process. We felt that he was a very genuine agent who had our best interests at heart, even as purchasers.

JOHN’S PROFESSIONALISM TOWARDS SELLING THE PROPERTY WE COULDN’T FAULT HE WENT INTO ALL THE DETAIL REGARDS SELLING THE PROPERTY AND COMMUNICATED ON A FREQUENT BASES I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHN TO ANYONE TO SELL YOU’RE PROPERTY . WHILST JOHN;S ENTHUSIASM WAS SECOND TO NONE DUE TO MARKET CONDITIONS OUR PROPERTY WAS A LITTLE BELOW EXPECTIONS THOUGH NOT FOR JOHN’S TRYING.
