Good that the property was priced (most important think as a buyer) Mat gave clear instruction on sellers want and passed on our viewpoints in the same way. House was sold and settled within 40 days. Nice to deal in a straightforward way, no hidden agendas and the usually the mystic other agent tend to bring to the negotiations.
