This showed that she has spent solid time to gather facts and think through things before writing up her appraisal; (c) her proposed fees structure is fair, reasonable and flexible which focuses on performance bonus (ie not flat fees); (d) she demonstrated high confidence , solid knowledge and professionalism in her manner of dealing with me (as a potential client) without any empty big words on how good her selling skills is. I have been very lucky in having Sisi to help me in this current bad time for selling apartments in Canberra, especially after the new changes to capital gains tax. She has achieved a very amazing outcome for me: my apartment had only just 1 day of open house (on a windy/ rainy day) and received a very good offer (above my bottomline price).
