Selling a home can be a stressful time but with having Peter on our side our home was sold in no time over the price we expected due to his excellent negotiating skills. We purchased an investment property in 2021 and Saunders were the selling agents. Tim was so friendly, professional, genuine, and accommodating that we chose them to manage the property. We then had the pleasure of working with Julia and we could not have been happier with how the property was managed. Inspection reports were detailed and any required maintenance actioned quickly. Julia was firm with the tenants, but very reasonable and fair. We had every confidence that the property was being look after, which was important as we live in NSW. We recently decided to sell and Tim stepped into action finding us a buyer in under 2 weeks!!
