After trying to sell my property for a year and going through multiple agents and hearing absolutely everything known to man about why they didn't sell it... I was an inch away from giving up and deciding to keep it for another few years and try again. He was genuine and down to earth and proved to me through data and a proven track record that if I went with him and spent even more money, I would actually get the result I was looking for... Paid the money... A month later, I got the sale... Couldn't speak highly enough of him and the team, and backing up everything he says and promises. So, in an industry with a reputation for agents talking nonsense, I strongly suggest using Matt because it's rare to find someone who stands by their word and delivers on what they promise.
