We had the best Real Estate experience of our lives, so far, after meeting Arthur. He caught me on a day that I actually had time to stop and listen, although he got right to the point of his visit with humor and witty banter. He convinced us to give him a figure to sell our investment property, even though we had no intentions of selling it. So a crazy figure was given, along with strict instructions that we were not putting it on the market and we did not want to be bothered in any way, unless he had a signed contract, with us clearing that crazy figure. He obviously knew the market better then we did, as he had serious interest within two days and a signed contract within the week. What an amazing result!! Needless to say.. we sold it, how could we not!! Arthur is a genuine, professional Real Estate Agent, who knows his stuff.. we highly recommend him!! Thanks again Arthur!! :)

After living in the same home for forty years, we faced the prospect of selling with a fair dose of trepidation. Our greatest concern was finding the right agents to represent us; we had heard lots of negative comments about the self-interest and dishonesty of agents generally, so we determined that we would interview agents who were active in our area and go with our ‘gut.’ We had only met with a couple of agents when we serendipitously discovered ‘the boys.’ From our first meeting, we felt comfortable; that they understood our situation and that they were committed to working to get us the best possible outcome. ‘The gut’ felt right with them from the beginning. And it wasn’t long before we felt their commitment and passion for their work and for their sellers. Their work ethic is amazing: we had inspections throughout the week and on weekends! Open homes/inspections can be testing for the seller but Charlon and Marc’s positive, enthusiastic and supportive manner made it so much easier. The boys never pressured us. They gave sound advice that they could back up with knowledge and experience and were always consultative. They are both genuine and sincere and really went the extra mile to support us through some personal challenges we faced. And what about the outcome? In the end, and mainly due to their advice, we achieved the sale of our home for more than we had anticipated. Great job Charlon and Marc! Thank you for everything you did for us.
