The property we sold was an investment property located in Victoria. We live in Western Australia so when we decided to sell the property we contacted LJ Hooker as they currently look after the rental aspect. Stuart contacted us and from the start of our conversations all through email we put the house on the market. We found Stuart to be very professional and gave us good feedback each time the house was open for viewing. We also discussed what we wanted to sell the house at and it did take a lot of discussion by Stuart with the purchasers but we did get what we wanted.

Wayne is knowledgeable, proactive, and easy to work with. He provides a service that is unmatched and his team are a joy to work with. I'd recommend him for any of your purchasing needs.
