Since originally listing our property in October 2025. Terri has been extremely supportive and caring throughout. This, as most are aware, has been a difficult time to sell a house. Terri was always there to listen, act and move to support the falling market. Her innovative idea (which she personally funded) to further expand the listing to greater Sydney was excellent, this created more interest. Terri later teamed up with Kim and together they sold the house. Thank you Terri for all your kind support.

From day one I was impressed. I wanted more than what was recommended. She was happy to try my asking price even knowing that was higher than market price and worked hard for it. Was a hard sell but she never gave up despite lower offers. Never put pressure on me to lower the price and eventually she got it. Was a pleasure to have her selling my property. I feel that she is very professional and persistent to please not only the buyer but also the seller. I will recommend her to any of my friends or anyone else to try using her to sell. Great work.

Terri kept us up to date with all open home inspections. She has good realestate knowledge and has exceptional people skills.
