10 real estate agents in Bundarra, NSW, 2359

Buying or selling a property is a significant investment decision that most will do once or twice in their lifetime. Conducting due diligence is pivotal so you can be at peace with the decision you make. It is vital that one engages an agent that they trust and have faith in the course they set in the end-to-end process. I found Rhys through the web as one of the top selling agents in Armidale. I sent him a request in the evening to appraise the property and was contacted the next morning. I expressed that I intend to sell the property and Rhys provided the options that we can take. There was clarity in the options that Rhys provided and gave a holistic view to a novice like me before I make the determination to trust the process and the options that we will undertake. These were communicated well and I was always encouraged to ask questions. I noted that Rhys had sound knowledge of the market and legislation. The approach he suggested to capitalise on market before the window of opportunity closes on a particular group of buyers due to change in legislation was a winner. Rhys is a good negotiator and will have your interest at heart. I have visibility and up-to-date feedback on ongoing communications, and the level of transparency allows me to trust the work Rhys is conducting on my behalf.

Rhys does a thorough job in searching for buying and selling opportunities. He is always keen to buying and selling moving to a satisfactory conclusion.

This is the third property Rhys has sold for my company, so I can highly recommend him. He consistently keeps me informed throughout the sales process, providing regular updates and valuable advice along the way. His knowledge of the local area is exceptional, and he builds strong rapport with buyers, which helps achieve great results.
