Taylor was responsive, very knowledgeable about the local market, moved very quickly with getting our property on the market. We had one open home, five offers, and we sold the house within six weeks. Taylor also helped us buy our new property. Selling and buying all at the same time was a lot to consider but Taylor walked us through it and made it feel relatively easy. He is well connected and great to work with. We would recommend Taylor to others and we’d definitely use him in the future.
