Importantly, this success was not just due to Flo alone—his team was highly engaged throughout the campaign and played a key role in driving both foot traffic and digital engagement. A special shout-out to Tyson, whose contribution, professionalism, commitment and energy were clearly evident throughout the process. Flo is also proactive in setting realistic expectations, which is a hallmark of a strong agent, while still being able to draw interest from buyers outside the immediate area. His marketing materials, particularly the property video, were of a very high standard and added to the campaign’s effectiveness. One area for improvement would be the quality of printed materials provided at open inspections, where an upgrade could better reflect the overall quality of the campaign.
