She ensures you are comfortable and educates you on the market as you're selling. Melissa, is not at all in this industry for her commission or to sell something at a price she believes is unreasonable. However, she pushes for the right price and allows the seller to make decisions freely, without pushing her own agenda. I honestly will be using Melissa again, and forwarding everyone I know her details. Her experience speaks volumes, so ignore the agent who has 10 years experience... they have nothing on Mel.
