She is the ultimate professional - always returns calls, responds immediately to a request or a solution to a problem and provided a very high level of service during the management of our investment property and achieved excellent results in the sale thereof as well. 4 years ago (approx), I contacted Clare for a valuation on the property. Clare came around and spent a good amount of time with me going over information about the property. Over the years, Ray White, Deception Bay would update me on valuations with no pressure. Clare was the one I went to for selling the property. Everything was completed efficiently with an offer a week of going to market. Clare assisted with contractors required to complete the sale. Highly recommended and appreciated.
