David was just amazing. Our property was very niche and in the current market it was always going to be a challenge to sell. But he was so encouraging and kept us being optimistic at all times. He was highly professional and always kept us update to date with the sale progress. We really appreciated his professionalism and depth of knowledge of real estate. We are very graateful for everything he did for us over the journey. We can not recommend him highly enough.

We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. From the very beginning, David was incredibly supportive, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us through every step of the process. His communication was outstanding—he was always accessible, transparent, and honest, and no question or concern was ever too much trouble. David consistently went above and beyond to ensure we felt informed and confident throughout the sale, making what can often be a stressful experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. We truly appreciated his dedication, integrity, and commitment to achieving the best outcome for us. We would highly recommend David and his team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hardworking real estate agent.

David has been delightful to work with, always making himself available when we needed help

Gene has been a joy to work with. He was always to the point , open and honest and provided us with great options in relation to selling our home. He and Peter Coram delivered in every way.

We bought a farm recently from Gene. He is fabulous to deal with. He knows the local market, follows up quickly and communicates through the whole process. Totally professional and refreshingly honest.

Gene recently handled the sale of an estate property on our behalf and we could not have been happier with the outcome. Throughout the entire process, Gene was professional, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable. He understood the sensitivities involved with managing a deceased estate and communicated clearly and respectfully at every stage. Gene worked hard to achieve a strong result for the estate, kept us informed throughout the campaign, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel organised and manageable. His negotiation skills, attention to detail, and understanding of the local market were evident from start to finish. I would highly recommend Gene Fairbanks to anyone looking for a trustworthy and experienced real estate agent.
