Great experience working with Chris, was so transparent during the process. Highly recommended Chris if you are considering selling, he will guide you on the whole process and keep you up to date from day 1 all the way through to the auction.

Chris is an outstanding agent! His enthusiasm, honesty and professionalism were fundamental to us in our selling journey. His communication was unparalleled, always available to chat and went out of his way to ensure we were in the loop. Chris achieved a result well in excess of what we thought possible! Anyone selling in the Inner West should consult Chris for an expertly run campaign and sale experience.

We cannot recommend David’s team highly enough. As first-time auction buyers, we were nervous and found the process daunting. David guided me through the process and taught me useful biding strategies. His deep market knowledge was evident in the precise pre-purchase advice and he always responded to me promptly whenever I asked for help. Also I would like to thank you Amonda for supporting me and keeping me clam at auction. Outstanding service from start to finish.

I had the pleasure of working with David to secure a home that was one of only two my client wanted to pursue. After losing the first, I was determined to get this one for her. David's transparency, fairness, and excellent communication kept all interested parties informed, making the process smooth and successful. His professionalism and local market expertise are invaluable, and I highly recommend him.

I first met David just before the start of the campaign. I took David through the property to point out significant improvements, some of which would not be obvious to potential purchasers. David was totally engaged during the walk through and immediately appreciated the detail and significance of the work we had done. It's not common for people to engage in the way David did, and it left me feeling that this was going to be a good relationship. David and his team ran what I thought was a great campaign. Encouraging us to Style the property (so glad we did), the extra table and chairs to fill a space at no extra cost (thanks Natasha), the nicely presented Fact Sheet, the stunning photo on the advertising board and the comprehensive briefings after each open for inspection. David and his team, through their energy and enthusiasm, gave us the confidence that we were in safe hands and the outcome would be good. On the day before the auction we attended a pre-auction briefing with David and the team at Kelly's agency. We both felt that this meeting gave us a good understanding of how events would unfold and how the auction would be conducted. The fact that David not only ran the campaign, but was the auctioneer was a big advantage. It meant that David had an intimate knowledge of the property which he was in a position to convey during the auction. Compare that to a contract auctioneer with a short briefing prior to auction. We didn't attend the auction (too stressful) but it was a great result. I noticed that when my wife was shaking David's hand she was holding back tears, says it all really. Many thanks to David and his team, we are very grateful.
