We recently engaged Nicholas to sell a property for us in Camperdown. Having dabbled in real estate for many years, and hence having experienced many styles of selling, we can happily testify that Nicholas is the best agent that has come our way. He knows the market intimately, and was able to guide us through the process of doing all the right things to achieve the best possible outcome. He advised us to spruce the house up, and sent a lovely tradesman our way, Jorge, who worked day and night, literally, for a solid week to get our house looking fabulous. He also organised a stylist, so by the time they had both worked their magic, our house looked at its best. We had originally intended to try selling the property off-market, but Nicholas, with his finger ever on the pulse, persuaded us that the market was right to get a better price at that particular time by taking the house to auction. We trusted his advice, and did just that. With over a hundred groups through the house during the campaign, and eight registered bidders at the auction, Nicholas achieved a price for us that was $150K over our reserve. I think the result surprised even him!! He worked tirelessly with his brother Jonathan during the campaign, showing interested buyers through the house after hours and on weekends.
