Mick Evans kept us in the loop on progress for the sale of our property even when he was overseas on holiday. He co-ordinated with the property manager of the rental property we were selling so we did not have to make that effort and he established a great relationship with the tenants to arrange for property visits. He also achieved more than $30K over the expected selling price. Overall a 5 star performance and service.

Thanks Brad and Josh for an outstanding result. We chose Team Brad and Josh Hardingham over 3 other agencies to sell our property. We liked their understanding of the local market as well as their willingness to listen to us (and our expectation). They were prompt and thorough in their assessment and recommendations to improve the property to achieve the outcome. We also felt comfortable using lot of their suggested trades for renovation even though they were equally happy for us to use trades of our choice. It is worth adding their trades were very competent in both skill and cost. They clearly communicated their campaign/marketing plans and used their process to engage with potential buyers.
