Going the extra mile for every step of the process, providing guidance and expertise to achieve a great result. Bill's patience and personality kept all parties motivated in reaching the final outcome. Cannot thank Bill enough for his efforts.

Words can not express how grateful we are to Kon and the team at Jellis Craig for helping us sell our house. They helped us every step of the way to ensure we got a great price in a really tricky market. We felt so supported not only by Kon but Mark Staples and the whole team. They were constantly keeping us informed about potential buyers and would take potential buyers through outside of open times to maximise chance of selling. Kon spent so much time with us answering every little question we had, walking us through the whole process, making sure we felt confident with every decision we were making. We never felt rushed or pressured. We often felt like me must be his only clients as he gave us so much time! He was extremely thoughtful in planning the open for inspection times to ensure we got the most number of buyers through our house and assisted us to make the whole process seamless. Kon makes you feel valued, because he cares about you as people. You are not just clients to him you are friends and he genuinely wants the best outcome for you. Kon brings something to real estate that so many agents are missing. Thanks so much Kon, we really appreciate everything you have done for us.
