I have had the pleasure of dealing with Reza as both a seller and a buyer. His attention to detail and knowledge of the process is outstanding. I cannot fault his care for his clients. We were dealt some curveballs throughout our process and Reza remained calmed and collected throughout, never making it seem like too big of an obstacle. I really appreciate this amount of time and energy he spends on always making sure the next step is taken care of and not stopping until the contract is unconditional.

The house was sold even without much advertising. We think it was mainly due to market knowledge and negotiation skills of the agent. The agent was also very open about the price expectation. We believe it is challenging these days to finalise a sale. Considering that challenge, we think the agent has done a very good job, as the house was not on the market for a long time. Generally, we are very happy with the final outcome although the price achieved was slightly below our expectation. Therefore, it would have been better if the commission was lowered a little bit, if that was done, we would have achieved our price expectation. We feel like that due to the total time spent on the sale process was also not much.
