From the very first inspection right through to purchasing our new home, it was such a great experience working with Jasmin and Marissa. They were extremely knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you!!

Jasmin gives her absolute to her clients, every details is taken care with speed, efficiency and always with a smile. Jasmin followed through with everything she said she would. She is well supported by Marissa so someone is always available to answer your questions, they are a great team and all times we felt everything was in hand and we were their top priority. In a difficult market Jasmin made us feel positive as she negotiated us through. Thank You

Jasmin had excellent knowledge of my suburb. She made the whole process easy and quick. We had multiple offers without even inspection and sold hassle-free in a short time. Highly recommend.

From the first time I met Tom I knew he was the man to sell my house. He was warm, knowledgeable, friendly, and a clear communicator, and he has honesty and integrity. He cares a great deal about Newtown where he grew up and lives . He was positive and always communicated after inspections and felt very comfortable in knowing that he would get the best price for me. I had lived in my home for 28 years so it was a big decision to have the right person to sell my home . Tom Excelled in a tough market I would with no doubt recommend Tom Butters to market and sell your home he is one very approachable, real estate agent-one very happy customer. Dianne Campbell

Tom was a great communicator through the whole process from start to finish. He really understood our position and provided sound advice to market and sell our house. His advice was especially important during the negotiation process and helped us achieve a great outcome. Would absolutely sell with Tom again.

This is the second time we have trusted Tom to sell a property . He gave us an honest advice and appraisal, with strong local knowledge. There was good communication which was vital as we were travelling during the final sale process. We highly recommend Tom and the Buxton team who made the process easy with our expectations met and exceeded.
