As a solo first home buyer, I was nervous to make such a big financial commitment and unsure of the whole process. Julie was incredibly professional, yet personable. She went above and beyond to answer my many questions. My experience with other real estate agents was disheartening, and I was often ignored or not taken seriously. From my very first enquiry, she was prompt to reply and took real initiative to sell, without being pushy. I felt she was very fair in negotiations and genuinely seemed to have both the buyer and seller's best interest in mind. Would happily recommend Julie, and work with her again in future. Thank you!

Julie was very good at communicating and keeping me up to date with how everything was going. She knew the type of market to aim for and her negotiation skills were good. Julie is very professional and helpful.

Easy to work with, great communication, very happy overall.

Peter had previously sold our harbour home unit at great price and very quickly. I returned to him for the sale of another property. The location was different as was the type of building and it presented multiple challenges such as condition and access for agents due to current occupancy. Nothing was too much trouble and the process smooth achieving a price and timing in excess of our expectations. I don’t say this lightly- I placed my full trust in Peter’s skills and integrity and would not hesitate to do so again. To anyone looking for a top result in the sale of their property from an agent who knows the game and is honest and highly competent you cannot do better that Peter Aloupis. Thanks again Peter for the result you achieved for us.
