Wish I could give more than 5 stars for our amazing experience! Thanks girls 🙏 💕🙌🏻😊 Funnily we hadn’t expected to be so impressed by Brooke … we knew she was the area expert however we planned to get several agents out and decide later. She was the second agent to chat to us and we had two more in mind. But when she left after our appraisal, my husband looked at me and said - wow I think she’s our agent! I agreed. We cancelled the other agents and started planning our campaign with Brooke and her awesome team ( Erin & Mikayla ) I’m not sure if many people are lucky enough to have the perfect campaign from start to finish, but that was our experience. We had complete confidence in Brooke & her team to guide us through a time in our lives that usually is the most stressful but wasn’t at all. How cool is that! We are so grateful for their hard work, dedication and incredible communication skills throughout. The systems these girls have in place to keep you informed seems effortless, but I know it takes time, work, long hours and care. We never once felt out of the loop. Brooke did everything that she said she would do and her team were friendly and professional. We appreciate the endless patience that Brooke displayed with our questions and worries. This helped us to travel through our month long auction campaign feeling confident and actually excited. When we got a fabulous result on auction day (having had 5 registered bidders ) we were so stoked! Brookes well thought out and well executed plan had worked like a treat! It can be emotional moving on from a place you’ve called home, however when the transition is this smooth, it makes you happy to know it was such a success and you can move on with fond memories. A BIG thanks to Brooke, Erin & Mikayla. Our family will miss seeing your smiling faces each week! 🩷
