The nature of our home and the timing that we needed to sell did not make for a quick and easy sale process. Dural is a lovely place to live, but it has some challenges. Ours were the proximity to Old Northern and Galston Rds, as well as being on a pump out sewer system. We were also coming to market in the winter months, also in a period of interest rate uncertainty. This provided for a mixed market response that was difficult to navigate for Ben and Harrison.
