Anna was very helpful from the start with great tips about what we needed to do and what we didn’t need to do to prepare our house for market. She skill-fully guided us through the whole process. She was very well organised and helped to arrange and book the services we needed. She was readily available when needed and always communicated promptly. When making decisions, I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision if I needed time to think about it which was important for me as this was my first time selling. If options became unavailable, Anna adapted quickly with back up options. The outcome far exceeded my expectations.
