I am so happy I chose Fred to sell my family home, as soon as I met him his personality shone and so very friendly, he was so excited and enthusiastic to sell my property (I knew he was the Salesperson I was looking for) His suggested price range was exactly what I had in mind, without him asking me what I was expecting; this really impressed me. Fred explained the process thoroughly with me and said he was available to take my calls at any time if I had a query, I can honestly say he always returned my call promptly, a perfect professional. He started the process immediately and my private sale was executed within 3 weeks, how amazing is that ! It has been an absolute delight getting to know Fred, his extraordinary business ethics is to be admired. His knowledge of the market is better than anyone. His negotiating skills are excellent. Selling home is more stressful than buying. I was selling my first home and there are many unknowns about it. It is certainly very stressful.
