He was always punctual at every open, even though he had to travel further out and worked late nights. He would always keep us informed after every open and if any interest had been shown on the day by a prospective buyer, then he would always follow up and keep in touch with any prospective buyer. When it came to the Auction, he was brilliant. We sold on that day and within a four week period with a fantastic outcome.
