Effie has been an absolute delight to work with. She made selling my property straightforward and painless. Effie’s communication is professional, prompt and clear. I always felt that she was working her hardest to get me (her client) the best result. 10 out of 10 service and I will definitely want Effie to look after any other property purchase or sale for me and my family and friends.

Mohit was a great person to talk to but my overall experience with the team wasn’t the best. I was the highest bidder in the Auction. However, as soon as it came to finalizing the contract etc., I would never forget the lady who was dealing with me. She was extremely rude and pushy. She wanted me to give her my details asap. Whilst the owner was taking his own sweet time to rethink and process what was going on, this lady kept pestering me. Bear in mind, as as buyer I am also overwhelmed and it doesn’t take too much to be polite and calm towards your customers. Please note that while I was waiting patiently, my precious time was also getting wasted. And Chris’s behavior wasn’t the best either as they started telling me that they have to go to another place or inspections etc. it’s funny to watch them flip when it comes to taking someone’s money- being kind isn’t a big ask which they could surely work on. Above all, as soon as they had my signature all of them went away as if they don’t know nobody- I didn’t have anyone to even take my photo against the board for this property as SOLD!! I am happy on my new endeavor but unhappy and disappointed in their customer service especially that lady. I expect a phone call following this review if they really value and care about a customer’s experience and how I felt in this situation. Thank you.
