We also purchased some furniture off the sellers of the property, and Kerri-Ann organised these transactions for us. Kerri-Ann seems to have good knowledge of the local real estate market and researches the area.

Kerri-Ann worked on this sale tirelessly, as it turned out to be not as easy as our first sale, due to market changes. She kept guiding us with no nonsense advice to finally get to an outcome. Once the purchaser was found, the remainder of the sale process was very smooth. she tells it as it is, offering suggestions and working through the options, to achieve the result sought. We would highly recommend Kerri-Ann for her professionalism, her clear communication and her drive.

We met Paul at a house open in the rural area. We liked his manner and knowledge of the property he was selling. Subsequently, we invited him to review our property along with the 2 large real estate agencies we had already approached. Paul has a very competitive services fee and an all inclusive marketing campaign. His business partner Maureen handled the marketing and gave us really good advice on what to tweak regarding presentation for sale. He is excellent at communication with his customers and you know he is 100% working in your best interest as the property owner. Really though the deciding factor was that he “got” our property and also our emotional attachment to it. Both handled it with compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend him to anyone looking at selling their property. Highly trustworthy and dedicated to seeing the sale through to the end of the settlement process.
