Andrew really delivered his promise. He told me he knew the building and area well, as the property was very close to his agency and could promise me a quick sale. He definately kept his word as from start to settlement was 1 month. As i live in Sydney i needed someone that would communicate with me and he did. I would highly recommend him, and use him again.

When we purchased our property from Andrew he was very informative at the original inspection and was only to happy to answer any questions that we had. He was also happy to go out of his way to do a special inspection as well for us following the original one. The purchase of the house was done very professionally with Andrew and he was very helpful with any questions we had in this regard. We are so happy with Andrew and his Agency that we now have them managing our property until such time as we move into it ourselves.
