Having bought and sold a number of houses, we were impressed with Savva after auditioning 3 other top agents. He has a relaxed vib (rather than a manic sales pitch), and he has an excellent knowledge of the the south side and immediately knew what would appeal to buyers. He helped provide resources to get the house ready for sale (without going overboard), and even after the sale, he was fantastic as we moved interstate and a lot still needed to be organized. He provided service both during and post sale that was above and beyond… and he was very gracious about it.
