The Auction itself, conducted by Phillippe Batters, was outstanding. Phillippe is a gifted Auctioneer, linking up the various potential buyers, pacing and timing the bids to achieve the best results for all those involved. He would have to be the best Auctioneer in Australia, and the younger Agents are lucky to have him around to learn some of the techniques of conducting a good auction.
