Kathryn was incredible helping us sell our house in Unley. She helped us build a plan early, and gave us the logic behind every decision. She followed the plan we made and had incredible communication throughout the process. We had 89 groups through 2 opens. She contacted ALL of those groups and got the sale done - very quickly, and we're so happy with the price. Her fee was low and we couldn't be happier with the result, the approach, the process, and the communication. Wish I could give her 7 stars.

Choosing a realestate agent can be daunting. We consulted with four agents before meeting Amity. All the agents were very professional making it difficult to decide who to engage. Then we met up with Amity and she had the extra sparkle, difficult to quantify at first! She is just awesome in all aspects of the sale process taking all the stress out for all involved. It was actually a fun process. She and her team work hard and you are not kept waiting if you have questions or concerns as response time is immediate. Amity knows the market and reads and understands her clients needs. Just exceptional.
