Having had some not so great experiences with agents not Listening to our needs and being told we were downsizing and that we weren’t going to get exactly what we wanted and to accept that, Alex proved to be the perfect agent for us. She listened to what we wanted and when I wasn’t happy with a couple of things in the newly built home she showed us, she suggested she would speak to the builder to see if he would accommodate what I wanted. She made it happen She went above and beyond and we saw the home (out of hours which she accommodated as well) on the Friday, Saturday she confirmed that builder would agree to adjustments. Home bought in the Sunday. Would recommend her a 1000 times over. Very professional and accomodating goes above and beyond
