Once he had an idea of our expectations, Chris made sure that he not only met them, but he also exceeded them. He had a plan from the onset and worked tirelessly to deliver beyond our expectations. And deliver he did. Chris was paramount in us achieving well above our reserve price (something he had also achieved for our next-door neighbours). He was open and trustworthy and always made sure we knew what was happening. He explained each process and took all our doubts and concerns into consideration.
