Knows the Market and Gets the Results

From First meeting Jo when looking to purchase a property found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market. When I was Looking to sell Jo was my first call and she came with all the data of what had been happening around my area. She suggested a Marketing plan which we agreed and we had the property sold within 10 days and a price we believed was obtainable. From the time we sold till when we settled Jo and her team kept us up to date and advised us on what we needed to do to ensure a smooth settlement. And which it was. Jo also assisted us in looking for our new property and although she had nothing on her books was happy to advise on properties we looked at. If I needed to engage an agent t again I would b going straight to Jo And her team.
