Great personality, drive, knowledge, marketing advice and professionalism displayed by Jake made for a positive and very smooth experience in selling our property.

Jake and his team were spot on with timing, pricing and marketing. They were very polite, patient and understanding - I first contacted them in early 2025 but then changed my mind. They'd already done quite a bit of work but just said "Ask us again any time". I returned to them 8 months later and they sold my house within 2 and 1 half months, start to finish and over the Christmas - New Year holidays. They kept me well informed, though sometimes I had to call them first [their only minor fault.]
