Well planned with us both working together & with a quick result

We started with a joint visit to the property, agreed on what needed to be done to get the best price. Also agreed that Mario would get quotes for the work, oversee the upgrade. Together set a plan to launch a sales program, which Mario completed with a final group of buyers ready to bid. The end result after nine days on the market, SOLD at our target PRICE.
