They did a little better on sale price than expected

I couldn't be happier with Tolga's service in selling our 2 bedroom unit on Liverpool Street. From the very first meeting, he was professional, knowledgeable, and refreshingly never pushy. He took the time to understand our situation and kept us informed at every step of the process with clear, prompt communication. What really stood out was Tolga's patience and flexibility during a quieter market period. Rather than pressuring us to accept a lower offer, he proactively suggested renting the property at the same time as advertising it for sale. This allowed us to generate income while we waited for the right buyer - a genuinely smart and practical solution that we hadn't considered. The result? He achieved a sale price above what we expected for the current market. To put that in perspective, another agent in the same building had offered to sell a comparable property for significantly less. Tolga's ability to command a higher price speaks for itself. His commission rate reflects his premium service - and it is absolutely worth every cent. If you want an agent who is honest, strategic, and will genuinely fight for the best outcome for you, look no further than Tolga. I would highly recommend him without hesitation.

Tolga is dedicated and will go the extra mile to get the best result. His knowledge of the Sydney CBD property market is unmatched. I will highly recommend Tolga for your property sale.
